Previously working on Commercial Auto Pricing at Wawanesa Insurance and Currently working on Valuation (Reserving) at Facility Association. Specializing in Actuarial Science and majoring in Statistics at the University of Toronto, with expected graduation in August 2025. Have passed CAS preliminary exams and am actively working toward ACAS. Various projects, case competitions, and professional experiences have equipped me with- Proficient programming and strong analytical problem-solving: Experience in reserving and ratemaking projects using Excel, machine learning using RStudio and/or Python, data extraction using MicroStrategy; Experience with modeling in Emblem and Radar- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver impactful presentations to senior management- Adaptable, fast learner, and growth-oriented: Completed 2 preliminary CAS exams within two months, self-learned Excel and SAS, and effectively balanced internships with academic commitments.
