About Sukron Ali

I have nearly 28 years of experience working in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry. Throughout my career, I have developed strong expertise in managing operational aspects of the Test Engineering Department and Production Testing, as well as in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) management and engineering test design. My capabilities include the development of automated test systems, software development for test and measurement applications, database programming, production cost optimization, method and process flow design, and the implementation of professional QMS (Quality Management Systems). I am also experienced in productivity improvement strategies and in monitoring test yield and quality performance. I possess extensive skills in custom software development using tools and languages such as Visual Studio (VB.NET, C#), VB6, C++, Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, SQL Server, and specialized platforms such as VAYO DFM/DFT, KiCad, SolidWorks 3D CAD, and Arduino. In addition, I have hands-on experience integrating hardware and software solutions for controlling a wide range of test and measurement equipment, including programmable power supplies, digital multimeters, spectrum and network analyzers, oscilloscopes, Hipot testers, RF power meters, data acquisition systems (DAQ), etc. I am fully proficient in managing and implementing various communication protocols, including GPIB, serial port, I2C, UART, USB-CDC, RS485, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and SSH.
