About Sule Kulein

Clinical research professional with over 17 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry. Experience from CTA to Senior CLM has involved oversight of all clinical trial activities including being a site manager / monitor, EC/RA submissions, correspondence with global teams and vendors, contracts & budget management and training-coaching of new CRAs/CTAs. I have experience in various therapeutic areas, including but not limited to hematology, oncology, infectious diseases, ophthalmology and radiology. I am highly capable of adapting to organizational and environmental changes, as well as new systems and technologies. I participate actively in regional/global initiatives and working groups; tasks and challenges outside my job description are a big part of my motivation.I currently work in Bayer as senior project lead, performing local project management and assuming responsibility on all country-related aspects of clinical trials. I aim pursuing a career in global study management, with oversight of multiple countries.
