I am a Ukrainian-born early childhood education leader, investor, and founder with a global perspective and a mission to redefine the early learning experience. Raised in Kyiv, I was shaped by a culture that honors family, education, and resilience. I hold a degree in psychology and education, and began my career as a preschool teacher in Ukraine, where I developed a strong foundation in child-centered learning. In 2020, I relocated to the United States to expand my educational philosophy across borders. Since then, I have taken on leadership roles in both private preschool institutions and my own ventures. I co-founded and led a multidisciplinary education team focused on innovation, inclusion, and brain-based teaching strategies. My investments in early learning centers across California reflect my commitment to long-term impact, sustainability, and scalable models of excellence in early education. With a blend of European pedagogical values and U.S-based strategic vision, I bring a rare international perspective to the field. I thrive in building strong teams, mentoring educators, and collaborating with global partners who believe that the early years shape the future. My work continues to empower families, enrich communities, and champion educational equity from the ground up.
