The leading cruise line manning agency in India, AirBorne Recruiting Pvt. Ltd. has been recruiting and preparing Indian crew for successful careers on luxury cruise ships since 1986. My focus is to grow the company by expanding into new avenues within hospitality and manpower, continue leading the cruise recruitment space, and uphold the standards and reliability that AirBorne is known for. Over the past three decades, we have placed more than crew onboard cruise ships and currently manage over active crew. We recruit for all departments across ocean and river cruise lines, including concessionaires, for clients in Europe, the USA, and Asia. Our strength lies in thorough sourcing, prescreening, and end-to-end documentation and scheduling through our experienced fleet management team. India’s English-speaking workforce brings a strong service culture and adaptability — qualities highly valued by our cruise line partners. About Me: I graduated from The University of Tampa in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Speech Studies and a minor in Business Administration/professional selling. During my studies, I developed skills in social media and communication, and became an award-winning public speaker at multiple competitive events. I also obtained a USCA certification in sales and received the Bob Ruday Spartan Award for my overall involvement in the UT community. Post-graduation, I worked at a tech startup in Downtown Tampa as a Social Media & Sales Manager. My purpose in life revolves around my passion for marketing, food and beverage, public speaking/storytelling, health and wellness, and travel. I enjoy connecting with people, sharing stories, and learning new things. I am always looking for opportunities to grow and challenge myself.
