Suman Seth, CHRL is an accomplished HR leader and partner with over twelve (12) years of progressive HR experience within various industries such as the Public Sector, Security, Telecommunications, Transportation, Automotive, and Textiles/Distribution. Suman is currently a Chief Human Resources Officer at Bellwoods supporting staff and clients in the community services sector, within the overarching healthcare sector. Overseeing a multi-disciplinary HR strategy, this role presents an opportunity to spearhead many change management initiatives to strengthen our organizations‘ core services and internal infrastructure. As a Chief negotiator in labour relations, this role demonstrates an opportunity to partner with the Union to support staff and internal processes. As a previous Senior Employee & Labour Relations Consultant, a trusted professional who was passionate about serving a wide-range of City Divisions. Providing consulting services to clientele in Long-Term Care Homes and Services, Court Services, Toronto Building, Fleet Services, Facilities, and Social Development and Finance Administration, she is collaborating with other functional areas within Human Resources to provide fundamental daily support. She has a proven track record and expertise in building relationships, leading labour relations including grievance/mediation/arbitration and providing strategic counsel to clients. Suman is recognized for providing business focused HR solutions and programs within multi-site organizations, developing frontline Managers and Supervisors through innovative training and development programs. She is a strategic thinker who identifies areas to streamline the HR function that is aligned to the organization's core values and mission. Suman's significant successes includes delivering effective leadership development modules that comply with Federal and Provincial Legislation.
