As a Treasury Manager at Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank, I manage front office functions related to treasury transactions, such as trading in Government Securities, CDs, bonds, PSLCs, and other instruments. I also prepare and apply investment strategies to optimize yield on investment and profitability via investing in fixed-income instruments, government guarantee bonds/debentures, initial public offerings (IPO), and other permissible instruments. I have approx 2 years of experience in the banking sector, with a focus on treasury management and financial analysis. I hold an MBA in Finance from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from CIMAGE Group of Institutions. I am skilled in analytical skills, business management, treasury management and problem-solving, which enable me to make informed decisions and drive growth for the bank. I aim to leverage my expertise and knowledge to contribute to the growth and sustainability of Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank. Prior to joining Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank, I was a District Finance Consultant at the State Health Society, Bihar, where I supported the implementation of various health programs and Financial Management of the district. I have strong skills in Financial Management-(Budgeting, Managing, Forecasting, supervising, strategic planning) training, management, and leadership, and I am passionate about improving the financial inclusion and well-being of rural communities. I am also interested in learning new technologies and tools that can enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
