I am a competent, diligent & a result-oriented professional with an excellent and rewarding career of 12 years in the “Social Sector”. I am Master’s in Personnel Management from Pune University and Post Graduate in Marketing Management. My diverse experience lies in livelihood generation, clean energy access(Solar water pumps, Solar mini grids, Solar charging stations, Home lighting systems, clean cookstoves, bio digesters etc),social entrepreneurship development & incubation support, promoting micro enterprises & creating a cadre of rural women entrepreneurs ( in individual and community based model, designing and implementing rural lending financial program for micro finance institutions (SHG base), Employment linked Skill development for rural youths, Good Governance program for Panchayati Raj functionaries, Startups (market launch). I have worked with leading national and international organizations in the sector like Il & FS Education, Villgro Innovation Foundation, Saija Microfinance, Swayam Shikshan Prayog, GIZ (Promotion of Solar water Pumps), Seafire Power, Raintree Foundation etc and have implemented projects funded by eminent donors like USAID, Misereor, GIZ,Shaki Sustainable Energy Foundation etc. I have expertise of implementing projects with diverse work force in multiple geographies. I have strong networking skills and am able to develop a competent and healthy professional relationship with various stakeholders, in line with the desirable objective of the project. I have been responsible for overall strategic planning and implementation of the project and my role was varied across devising mobilization strategy, recruiting and nurturing a team, setting up business hubs, building product & technology partnerships, imparting training to “Rural Entrepreneurs” on various aspects of micro enterprise development, digital & financial literacy, market creation, demand generation, operation & sustainability and successfully designing campaigns & marketing tools for innovative marketing and customer outreach activities in the rural & urban settings, engaging with different stakeholders (Government, Banking, Academics, Knowledge Partners, Civil Societies, Federations, Technology Partners, grassroots level organization, community change makers) to build a thriving and supportive ecosystem for enterprise development at the grassroots level. I am looking for a challenging role to utilize my skills and expertise for solving the pressing issues and upliftment of the community.
