I am an IT Senior Project Manager / Business Project Manager, currently working in Nutrien Ag Solutions, which is a leading company in Australian Agriculture industry with 180 years of experience. I have 19+ years of IT Industry experience across Telecom (Telstra) & Agriculture domains, including 12.5 years in Business / IT Project management, working in Melbourne since 2004 and have the basic certifications as Prince2 Practitioner, Agile Certified Scrum Master & ITIL v3. I have expertise in managing Digitisation, Marketing & Virtualisation projects, successfully delivered large (upto $11+ Million/year) network, software and infrastructure projects starting from Business case development to Benefits realisation, Business change management & adoption. I am skillful in Stakeholders management involving communications with Business GMs, Executive Directors, Level 1s, ex: few projects in current Nutrien Ag solutions company, needing coordination with all the 8 Businesses / 40+ brands. The projects were delivered in Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile methodologies using traditional and latest project management and team collaboration tools from Microsoft (Teams, SharePoint) and Atlassian (Confluence, JIRA).
