I am a Real Estate professional with two decades of experience. During my journey in real estate I have handled various responsibilities in multiple domains like Technical Commercial Business Planning Corporate Support Project Management Office (PMO) and Management Reporting. My expertise lies in Financial Modelling Feasibility Studies Business Plan Formulation & Tracking Stakeholder Analysis & Management Project Management Tendering & Contracts and Techno-Commercial Operations. After completing my B.Tech in Civil Engineering from NIT Rourkela in 2003 I started my career with a consulting firm. Thereafter I moved to hardcore construction by joining one of the leading infrastructure companies in India where I worked for the prestigious Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC). I was associated with one of the top three banks of India to set up their infrastructure for Retail and Corporate Banking Divisions. I completed my MBA in 2018 from IIM Calcutta in General Management (EPBM). With in-depth knowledge of Project Management Processes I moved to more strategic roles in Corporate Planning and PMO Management that are focussed on delivering bottom-line profitability through meticulous cash flow analysis valuation and feasibility studies ensuring projects' financial health and stakeholder satisfaction. I keep a holistic vision in approaching any problem balancing the long-term and short-term business goals. Fundamentally I am a strategic planner team builder collaborative while working with cross-functional teams and a problem-solver with structured thought processes and practical measures.
