As a dedicated Agile leader, I have a proven track record of delivering enterprise Agile and digital transformations and technology modernization in the healthcare and banking sectors. Agile Practice Leadership As an Agile transformation lead at Citizens, I enhanced a 17-person scrum master team’s collective performance and fostered chapter maturity by orchestrating the formation of a highly skilled team and propelling the organization through a transformative journey – one focused on cultivating the personal and professional growth of team members. I also facilitated refinement, estimation, planning, and execution of features and stories in alignment with Agile best practices in collaboration with the product manager / owner and development teams, driving continuous improvement across Agile teams, programs, and departments using techniques, such as inspect and adapt, retrospectives, and root cause analyses. Agile Transformation As a chief scrum master, I supported scrum master growth and development by providing guidance on Agile tool best practices, conducting Agile maturity assessments, and coaching on Lean/Agile values, practices, and methodologies.
