I am a highly motivated professional with a deep passion for social development in Nigeria. I am driven to make a meaningful impact both within my organization and in the lives of individuals and communities. With a diverse background in project management, human resources, and education, I possess a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities in Nigerian society. My experience in business Performance Analytics and Control enhanced my ability to analyze and evaluate the performance of various business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Being a data enthusiast kept me in the path of data as a Database Administrator. As an educator, I actively contributed to educational programs and empowered individuals in Kano, Nigeria and other parts of the world. As a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer and Knowledge Management Officer at the Department for International Development (DFID), I recognized the importance of data-driven decision-making and effective knowledge sharing for sustainable social and organizational development. Currently working as a Human Resources Manager, I am dedicated to enhancing productivity and job satisfaction by implementing strategic HR practices and fostering a supportive work environment. I am an ardent promoter of diversity and inclusion, understanding their roles in driving innovation and improved decision-making. I also enjoy working as the project Manager in my current role, supporting learners to strive towards achieving their learning goals. I actively seek opportunities to collaborate with like-minded individuals and organizations, demonstrating my commitment to making a lasting impact in different communities. My academic achievements, including a master’s degree in Information Technology Management from the world-renowned Webster University, and a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the American University in Dubai, coupled with my passion and purpose, make me a valuable asset in driving positive change.
