About Sumedh Budukh

Technical Project Manager with 15 years of experience delivering data, cloud and AI initiatives across enterprise environments, from early discovery through to adoption in production. Over the years, this has included modernising data platforms, leading cloud migrations and orchestrating cross-functional teams to turn complex requirements into simple, reliable solutions. Most recently, the focus has been on data modernisation on Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake and Azure Data Lake, integrating sources like SAP, Salesforce and SQL Server into unified, governed platforms. Typical work spans roadmap definition, delivery planning, and guiding distributed engineering teams to ship secure, well-tested data products on time and within budget. What tends to stand out is the mix of hands-on technical understanding (ETL, data pipelines, DevOps and infra) and the ability to keep stakeholders aligned, de risk delivery and make decisions grounded in impact rather than activity. Enjoy joining the dots between business goals, architecture, delivery teams and operations so programs land smoothly and keep performing over time.
