From coordinating venues and managing on-site logistics to optimizing workflows and problem-solving in real time, I embrace the challenges that comes with delivering top-tier basketball experiences. Working at Zero Gravity Basketball has sharpened my ability to lead teams, adapt quickly, and drive operational efficiency in a highly dynamic setting. My experience in event execution, strategic planning, and stakeholder management allows me to contribute meaningfully to both company growth and the athlete experience. Prior to this, my time with the Indian National Basketball League (INBL) as a Statistician and Assistant Technical Manager helped me develop a strong foundation in performance analysis, venue infrastructure management, and technology-driven solutions for sports operations. Beyond operations, I am passionate about building strategic frameworks that enhance efficiency, optimize workflows, and set new standards for excellence in sports management.
