I am an agriculture graduate trainee with hands-on experience in digital farming tools, sustainable agriculture, and post-harvest technologies. My journey has taken me from grassroots farmer engagement to corporate exposure, allowing me to bridge traditional practices with modern agri-tech solutions. At Mahindra & Mahindra (Swaraj Division), I contribute to advancing farm productivity through data-driven approaches. Earlier, during my internship at Rashail Agro, I supported farmers in adopting satellite monitoring tools, farmland digitization, and smart crop management practices. These experiences strengthened my ability to translate technology into practical solutions for farming communities. My training with IFFCO and Motilal Nehru Farmers Training Institute deepened my knowledge of biofertilizers, food preservation, and value addition—skills that complement my strong foundation in agriculture. Key strengths I bring include: Digital Agriculture & Data Analysis – Skilled in Microsoft Power BI & Excel for agri-data interpretation. Farmer Engagement & Outreach – Experienced in training farmers and promoting technology adoption. Sustainable Practices – Knowledge of biofertilizers, post-harvest management, and value chain improvements.
