I am a CSPO and ASM Certified Business System Analyst with impressive experience in Software Testing, Business Consulting, and Quality Assurance across the IT industries. During my 17+ years of tenure with reputed companies, I have been well acquainted with software quality assurance practices, business process mapping, brainstorming sessions, and process flow designs. I have good knowledge of reviewing Business Requirement Document (BRD), ensuring that requirements are captured in as much detail as possible within a time frame that is easily understandable by various stakeholders, including the Development and Testing Team. In multiple instances, I have been acknowledged by the senior management for my understanding of analyzing business processes/stakeholder needs, suggesting recommendations for solutions, and translating business requirements into software using new technology or existing technology. Working in challenging and deadline-oriented environments, I am conversant with agile development environments, including Scrum framework – sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. I have been instrumental in business process analysis, process mapping, driving product development design sessions, architecting solutions, authoring and executing test scenarios, test cases, system testing, regression testing, and maintaining traceability matrices for baseline documents. I possess an excellent ability to analyze and develop requirements to engage with teams and internal clients to resolve disconnects/critical path issues and deliver quality results consistently on time and within budget.
