As a Business Analyst at Directed Technologies, I apply my 10+ years of industry experience and IT skills to provide effective solutions for complex business problems. I am proficient in ETL technologies, Unix and Linux operating systems, and databases like SQL, which enable me to analyze, troubleshoot, and document IT issues within the SLA. I also have a strong background in agile project management, which helps me to elicit requirements, communicate user needs, and guide the team through daily stand-ups. Prior to joining Directed Technologies, I worked as an Associate Consultant at TCS and a System Analyst at Dream English, where I gained valuable experience in IT support, data analysis, data migration, and testing.
