Throughout my academic journey, I demonstrated a strong commitment to academic excellence by undertaking projects and research in HRM. In addition, I actively participated in Event Management at the university level, showcasing my ability to work well in team-based initiatives. To supplement my academic achievements, I pursued internships with reputable organizations and NGOs, which exposed me to real-world scenarios and helped me develop the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams. Aside from my professional expertise, I am also passionate about content creation, as evidenced by my skills as a Content Writer-Editor, Creative Blogger, Article Writer, and Poet. I have a unique blend of creativity, aesthetic zeal, and boundless curiosity, which I apply to my work.
