Professional with 20+ years work Experience into Sales & Marketing, working with Major Organizations and Brands. I have always worked in an environment of building a Brand or a Market from the scratch and been involved as a part and setting up a distribution structure in India. My Last 15 years have been as part of and into setting up expanding the Controllers Business Portfolio in India and Managing the Distribution business structure & Market in the Security Automation Industry for the IAM portfolio ( Identity & Access Management ) with HID, where we Built up the Distribution Business from scratch in India to a business which contributes approx 40% revenue to the overall Business in South Asia. with appointing Global & Indian Distribution Partners and also creating a second layer with Local Regional Players as RD's, under the National Distribution Structure. I have also worked with Major Security & IT companies like Sify, Tyco & HCL Infosystems Limited ( Frontline Division), setting up the Channel Business into the market with new initiatives and products I am Always a Team player with Leadership qualities who believes in success is always taking along the Internal and External Team(s) to be a market leader, and leading with correct Strategy, GTM, Guidance and motivation.
