There is no doubt that this focus on quality and integrity in leadership has fuelled success, most clearly shown in building VFS Global’s ANZ and Pacific business into a valued strategic partner to governments around the world. Since joining in 2007, I have transformed and uplifted capability, expanding the team by more than 100% while accelerating customer satisfaction, operating efficiency and governance to establish the provider as the dominant player in the market. Key to this has been building next generation, service and corporate quality standards in new and ambiguous environments. I excel at defining operational improvement programs that positively impact the bottom line. I think of businesses as a system, process re-engineering, improving and leaning out operations to remove the blockers to productivity. I bring an outwardly positive approach to people leadership and invest in the development of others, prioritising training and learning initiatives to grow skill sets and build confidence levels. This has been evident in both the step changes in performance I have delivered and in the improved employee engagement levels I have achieved. Astute business acumen and financial management ability, including multimillion-dollar P&L management, complement the breadth and depth of my commercial experience.
