Project Financing, Debt Syndication, Credit Analysis, Client Relationship, Credit Monitoring etc My USP is that I am involved in finance relates activities since beginning even before completing CA. Earlier worked with a Consultancy Company for more than 2 years and was involved in Project Financing activities, Arranging Consortium Meetings on behalf of the clients, Liasoning with the Bankers to get the syndication work done successfully and other post syndication activities like arranging site visits etc. Now sitting on the other way round as a Banker, gaining in-depth knowledge of finance related activities. Being in KBL - Head Office at Large and Corporate Finance Department for around two and a half years, gained in-depth knowledge of financial analysis as well as project appraisals presentable upto the Board level. In between was also a member of IND AS working group committee at HO for implementation of IND AS in the Bank. Was also referred to and successfully completed 3 days Joint certification residential programme on IND AS for Credit Officers in Banks conducted by NIBM and KPMG. Presently posted to Corporate Finance Branch, Mumbai for last 1 year and handing all credit related activities like analysis, appraisals, customer relationship management, attending meetings, fulfilling Head Office requirements etc as well as day to day affairs of the Banking.
