Selected, recruited and trained large manpower for the most modern integrated steel plant. Conceived, designed and established company wide ERM interventions through training, communication & promotion of the risk framework. Organized worldwide knowledge transfer for the middle and senior executives. Designed and upgraded corporate training policy, systems and established Systematic Approach to Training, Designed and monitored training need analysis. Continually developing and conducting training programs and workshops. Developed Quality Systems leading to ISO 9001 certification, Designed and Installed paperless documentation of Quality System. Project Management and Operation Management knowledge and hands-on experience; Proficient in Computer aided training and sound working knowledge in computer. Designed and conducted various management development programs in Qatar. Successfully undertook consultancy assignment in Saudi Arabia. Successfully designed and conducted training programs in Saudi Arabia in Risk Management. Visited UK, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Australia, South Korea, Bahrain, Muscat, Abu Dhabi, Malaysia and Qatar. Conducted many OD interventions, open programs and in-house programs for reputed organizations in India and abroad. Visiting /Adjunct professor in Indian Institute of Management (IIM) other reputed business schools and training institutes across India.
