As Project Manager for (EPC) contracts, I have successfully managed all projects handled Tank Farm and Unit Piping & Pipeline & was appreciated by clients & my top management, my responsibilities were mainly (but not limited to): •Direct site managing of the project. •Team Leadership for project staff & resources. •Preparing project schedule with planning engineer, EOT schedule, KPI reports, weekly and monthly site work plans. •Follow up & coordination of detailed engineering work of the project. •Budgeting & project performance monitor (cost controlling). •Checking all RFQ’s with adequate technical & commercial appraisal for materials, equipments & subcontractor proposals. •Checking & approving authority for all PR’s & PO’s of the project in ERP system. •In charge for overall project progress. •Preparing procurement list & material expedition status sheet. •Checking monthly payments, VOR's & BRF’s. •Managing the subcontractors with full coordination between them & close monitor of the performance. •Focal point in liaison with client representatives and consultants •Reporting to and updating the top management of all project progress & details.
