I am a seasoned banking sales professional with an MBA in Retailing and Retail Operations and over 13 years of experience in the industry. Currently, I am an Area Business Manager at Arka Fincap Limited, a fast-growing non-banking financial company in India, where I am responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the secured assets segment. My core competencies include creating and driving alternate channels for sales, such as corporate channels, DSAs, DMAs, connectors, and CAs, managing and enhancing customer portfolios, and coordinating with product, credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure a smooth flow of the business. In my previous roles, I have successfully increased the mortgage loan portfolio, analyzed business trends and sales figures, formulated new strategies, recommended modifications to current products and processes, and handled recovery and customer service issues.
