Growing up, I’ve always loved math—playing games such as monopoly and sequence—so naturally I was drawn to financial services. Today, I still have an affinity for numbers and help plan sponsors analyze and study their data—communicating discoveries back in a simple and actionable way so they can strive towards making the most of their retirement programs. As a member of the Multiple Employer Plan (MEP) team, I work with plan sponsors, MEP associations and consultants by- Analyzing if a plan sponsor could benefit from joining an MEP association and leverage the economies of scale - Strategizing with MEP associations, associate heads, and consultants to set up their plan and help identify potential members, efficiencies and pricing packages - Working cross-functionally across various internal TIAA teams, consultant relations to help ensure a smooth transition and client satisfaction In my spare time, I enjoy playing with my rescue dog, Cheeto, visiting family, as well as traveling for deep-sea fishing, which is my passion, and participate annually in a tournament.
