About Sumit Kasana

I am excited to be the Chief Technology Officer at Escale Innovative Solutions Pvt Ltd. Previously, I was the Sr. Full Stack Developer and Design Lead of Product MyLoanCare Ventures Pvt Ltd. As a leader of this over 160+ person globally distributed organization, I got to help enable the technology team to make sure the product run efficiently and effectively and helped the team to make a smarter workplace. I developed an SEO optimized website for the Company which helped them to grow traffic from 70K Users/Month to 1M Users/Month. I developed a real-time notification system for customers which helped the company to increase the conversation rate of customers. I led the team who developed the Android Mobile application for the product which got 100K active installs on Google Play. Also, I ran DevOps to help the integration of all the development using microservices & clusters on AWS that powers Myloancare to increase productivity in internal processes and near to zero downtime of the website. I was very fortunate to spend 7 years working on amazing projects at Myloancare, Zoruk and in my college days. My years on Design (4), Development (2) and DevOps (1) all let me learn how to create huge-scale services and software from a very unique vantage point. Yes - ask me about MyLoancare! I focused on leading teams to develop Product to meet 100's of millions of users needs. My years in services has opened my eyes to the powerful combination of software with huge and increasingly cheap hardware and the amazing information and social phenomenon that is the web. After being part of several start-ups within Escale I have also experienced first hand starting up a company from scratch. At Zoruk, I had the pleasure of working to create a social media platform that helps users to interact with government and organization.
