As the COO of Neev Credit Ltd, I have lead a next-gen, NBFC transforming fee financing to make education more affordable. I oversee business operations, strategic growth, digital initiatives, regulatory compliance and cross-functional teams, fostering partnerships with Fintechs, Banks, and NBFCs to disrupt the lending ecosystem. Currently serving as Head of Credit, I focus on designing and executing credit strategies that balance risk management with business growth—enabling access to education while ensuring portfolio quality and sustainability. Building and scaling credit policies, scorecards, and business rule engines for efficient and automated decision-making. Involved in drafting policies and ensuring regulatory compliances.
