B. Relationship / Account Management -Serving as Single Point of Contact / interface for supporting Client-Providing pre-sales support to the sales team and giving product demonstration and presentations-Administering H/W, software and manpower requirement, obtaining final UAT before kick off and maintaining MIS for all phases and reporting project progress to the client-Meeting deadlines and TAT without compromising quality norms and adhering to SLA-Understanding and coordinating client’s needs / enhancements, customization, software-related issue of clients to provide solutions in adherence to delivery schedules. C. SDLC Planning & Management -Directing software development activities for Business Process Mapping of the client and identifying core / critical system / processes and priorities-Managing technical teams of Project Managers, Solution Architects, Support & Testing Engineers-Providing onsite as well as offshore support through central help desk support models with clarifications on specific applications of the system-Developing, implementing and providing support for business application software for clients-Achieving customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality norms and building the brand image by exceeding customer expectations-Supervising Software Testing Operations involving development of Test Plans/ Cases, Test Bed etc. Specialties: Delivery Management, Project Management, Product Development, Business Analysis, System Architecture & Design, Development, Integration, Implementation, Client Interaction, System Audit, Team Management
