He is an accomplished commercial business leader with over 17 years of rich experience with leading companies in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Medical Devices across Sales & Marketing, Business Development, operations, and P&L Management. Sumit has proven successful in transitioning strategy into tactical action plan for maximized revenue growth & Market penetration. He has exhibited skills in performance improvement, strategic management and delivering consistent results in very tough, competitive, and challenging environment thereby achieving business goals beyond stakeholder expectations. Having few papers in his name which got selected for Oral presentations in 48th & 50th IPC (Indian Pharmaceutical congress) in Chennai and Mumbai respectively in year 1996 & 1998. During his Management stint with AIM, Manila in 2011, he completed research work with Sanofi Aventis, Manila in doing their feasibility study & preparing Strategy on Generic drugs for Winthrop Pharmaceutical, division of Sanofi Aventis, Manila PHILIPPINES. He is a believer and practitioner of Lateral thinking and looks for creative approach, not obvious solutions and building business by creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters carrier development, opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members. Currently, Leading a Dynamic young team of sales and Application specialist within Skanray Technologies as General Manager for India and SAARC countries for Skanray business.
