MongoDB is currently the world's most popular database among developers. With currently only a 1% market share it presents huge opportunities for its employees. I strongly believe that it will completely revolutionize and reshape a rapidly growing $40B Cloud database industry. My role is to build a talented sales team that drives our massive growth further. Our Sales Development organization is a group of top-performing, high-energy, multicultural reps; and we are growing really fast. I am looking to hire people who share my passion for working in a hyper-growth tech sales environment with a focus on personal- and professional career development. I love to help people to understand and leverage their strengths and set them off on a path to a successful career. On a personal note, I am a sports fanatic and I love playing badminton. Apart from business and personal hobbies, I think about life in 4 major buckets (Family/Friends, Faith, Fitness, and Finances), and work hard across all of them to achieve balance, as I seek to provide the best quality of life for my family.
