I have 17 years of overall IT experience with 2.5 years at client site in US & have served in various IT functions like Development, Team leading, Project Management, Program Management, Account management, client Engagement & Delivery success Management. I am hands On with technology, Project management, People Management & Client Management. I started as a mainframer, then at an opportune time got retooled to JAVA & for past 6 years I have been ensuring success of delivery projects in Web & cloud technologies like.net, Android & Salesforce in various domains like Healthcare(MedTech), BFSI(Retail lending & Wealth Management), Oil & Gas, Education to name a few. In my current stint, I am program managing a sizable team of Android developers for a US Medtech giant, I have kept pace with modern day technologies like Android.net, Azure, Salesforce cloud Technology Suite, JAVA, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Python, AI & ML, Mulesoft, REST APIs, Oracle & Postgresql. My way of ensuring success for any new engagement is to lead by example, hand hold it till customer is WOWED by the team and then passing the baton to the next level & moving on with next assignment. I have worked with customers like HSBC (US), Morgan Stanley(US), Barclays(UK), Advisor Software(US), Tata Capital(IN), ASK Investment Managers(IN) in BFSI domain, Medtronic(US) in Medtech and Healthcare, Schlumberger(US) in Oil & Gas Domain & Cisco(US) in Networking domain.
