I helped one of the top US retail banks in digital transformation to a Digital Identity platform and enablement of Enterprise fraud and detection ability to offer better security to end customers. In the past, I helped Banks to scale and transform their payment platforms to newer digital platforms with the ability to process cross-border payments and bring more transparency to end customers on payment processing, enhancing their treasury management Vendor payments solutions to have better control and mitigating payment risks. I helped the merger of two Banks and was involved in the consolidation of products and services. I also helped banks onboard new high-net-worth client institutions by identifying gaps in existing products and services and building a solution around that with technology teams. I also helped banks to provide custom reporting to their customers on the Balance sheet, P&L, and Customs General Ledge reports. I also worked with one of the hedge funds to do asset allocation to get Strategic allocation and tactical allocation Weights for aligning hedge fund products specific to a risk return category using analytical models.
