Enterprise Software: Led development teams in US and India focused on building high quality solutions in diverse industries and technology platforms. Orchestrated a major release collaborating with a wide spectrum of roles across the company. Process Improvement: Multiple client engagements to make manufacturing lean and supply chains efficient in global giants in High Tech Metals and Automotive in US Europe Asia and South America. Applying Lean principles and operational dashboards transformed software development teams into high performing Agile units.
