Oversee leave management and supervision to maximize plant availability. • Ensure proper preservation of electrical spares to maintain their longevity and reliability. • Collect data on breakdowns, accidents, and incidents for analysis and improvement purposes. • Prepare documents for root cause analysis (RCA), management information systems (MIS), integrated management systems (IMS), and actively participate in 5S activities.
