With a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from UNSW where I received the Future of Change Scholarship I have a diverse and versatile background in IT Consulting building maintenance and property inspections. I have two years of experience in each field where I demonstrated proficient skills in project management asset management communication and collaboration. As a Dilapidation Engineer and a Project Coordinator at Van der meer Consulting I performed thorough inspections and assessments of various types of properties identifying and documenting structural defects deterioration and damage. I generated accurate and detailed reports on the condition of properties before and after construction or renovation projects contributing to the evaluation of potential liabilities compliance with regulations and support for dispute resolution processes. I also developed and implemented quality assurance processes to ensure the adherence to quality standards and procedures across all aspects of building maintenance and management operations enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring regulatory compliance. I am passionate about innovation and continuous learning and I am determined to make significant contributions to a dynamic organization while progressing my career further.
