With over 20 years of extensive experience in talent development, skill building and organizational transformation, I am a passionate and driven business leader known for my innovative approach to learning and capability building. I have worked across multiple industries, including outsourcing, ITES, customer experience, operations, services, hospitality, telecom, retail, FMCG, and healthcare, leveraging technology to design and implement effective learning strategies. As a recognised thought leader in digital learning & people capability, I am intrigued by the intersection of AI/ML and education. My career is marked by a consistent theme of creating and conceptualizing new solutions, teams, and capabilities from the ground up. I have successfully built multiple learning organizations, resulting in industry-leading and benchmark-setting capabilities. I held executive positions at top global companies like Firstsource, UnitedHealth Group, Vodafone, WNS, and GE Capital, where I led wide-ranging initiatives from managing P&L and client relationships to driving talent and organizational development. My initiatives have been recognized with numerous industry awards, including the CLO trailblazer 2022, ATD BEST award for innovative learning approach and the Global Brandon Hall Award for learning by gamification. Currently, as the Global Head of Learning & Capability Development at Firstsource, I've built a global learning function from scratch, leading a team of 600+ professionals in delivering cutting-edge learning experiences, and creating significant business impact for our clients. I am a Harvard Management Series, IIM Ahmedabad & IHM Delhi alumnus, complementing my practical experience with robust theoretical knowledge.
