Sumit Shekher is a cybersecurity expert with over 12 years of experience in managing and delivering security services to global and Indian customers. He is currently the Security Operations Manager at Mphasis, where he leads a team of security analysts and engineers to provide 24x7 support to five customers across North America, UK, and Australia. He is responsible for ensuring contract deliverables, P&L management, use case creation, tool tuning, process automation, RCA, and playbook development. Sumit has a strong technical background with expertise in SIEM, SOAR, Firewalls, and WAF. He has hands-on experience with various security technologies and platforms, such as Checkpoint, Fortinet, Sonicwall, IBM QRadar, and Splunk. He holds multiple certifications, including CISM, CCSA, CSSA, and CCNA, and has completed training in CISSP, CEH, and IBM QRadar Sales Foundation Level 100.
