As a Delivery leader at IBM, I lead and manage complex IT projects for clients across various industries and domains, leveraging my PMP certification and my skills in business case preparation, service-level agreements, and SAS software. I have over 25 years of rich experience in the IT industry, performed different roles such as developer, project lead, integration architect, project manager, people manager, and operations manager. My mission is to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the client's needs and expectations, while ensuring adherence to IBM's standards and values. I apply the IBM Consulting Way framework and the Trustworthy AI and AI Ethics principles to guide my project delivery and decision-making processes. I also collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and trust.
