I have hands-on international sourcing experience in China and Taiwan, managing vendor development, quality audits, and high-stakes commercial negotiations. My leadership approach focuses on building scalable vendor ecosystems, driving sustainable revenue growth, and creating strategic buyer–vendor trust through transparency. Key Highlights: • Managed P&L with high revenue targets. • Built hybrid sourcing models to optimize margins and reduce lead times • Developed expo participation strategies that convert into long-term accounts I’m passionate about transforming clusters into high-performance business units, integrating fabric-to-garment strategies, and delivering measurable value for both clients and stakeholders.
