About Sumit Sinha

I am an optimistic and reflective person, Who belief in change through constructive manner. I have adaptive nature & work on Self for growth. As a Gandhi fellow I worked one year in Jhunjhunun(Rajasthan) in 35 government schools and currently working in Gurugram(Haryana) in 110 schools with the team on enhancing the leadership skills of teachers and principal of these schools, which will automatically help in the skill development of school students. I helped these schools in many ways like: field support of teachers through daily school interventions, through BALA, Teaching tools, helped in many schools in functioning library in proper manner, I held a meeting with teachers on Importance of Library in Schools I am good at communication skills, I have observed it when influenced while talking my some teachers. I have a strong hand in MS office through using Excel in EI process, data analysis and presentation skills.
