With over 19 years of experience in operations management, service management, customer experience management, and project management, I am a seasoned IT professional dedicated to delivering excellence. From leading transversal projects to driving process improvements and leading various CX projects, I have consistently delivered results. One of my key areas of responsibility is to contribute in internal and external Information Security audits around ISO27001 framework and to provide vital inputs in development of BCP strategy and direction. My expertise extends to leading big teams with Expertise on Incident, Change, Problem and Service Request Management which are managing IT services for Large Customers with services such as IaaS, SDN, SD-WAN, Managed LAN (wired and wireless LAN),Firewalls,DDI,Cybersecurity, Cloud computing etc. I have received recognition for my contributions, including awards for successful automation projects and upskilling initiatives.
