Currently, I am working as an Assistant Manager at Machino Plastics Ltd, where I manage customer quality requirements, handle complaints, lead root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvements. Before this, I worked as a Senior Quality Engineer at Sanoh India Pvt Ltd, where I strengthened my skills in quality inspection and system audits. With strong expertise in PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), customer complaint handling, quality control, and both process and product audits, I ensure that every product meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. My work involves rigorous implementation of Quality Assurance practices aligned with IATF standards and conducting detailed VSA (Vehicle System Audits). As an Internal Certified Auditor,I focus on strengthening internal systems through APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and continuous process improvements. With a solid technical background from Rajasthan Technical University and professional experience in automotive and plastic industries, I am passionate about delivering quality excellence and driving a culture of continuous improvement. My career journey also includes a stint as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Premier Pvt Ltd, giving me a well-rounded exposure to mass production quality activities, internal audits, and customer-focused quality solutions. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University, which has built a strong technical foundation for my quality management practices.
