An experienced operations manager and strategic leader with 7 years in global maritime logistics, I am currently pursuing an MBA at IIM Calcutta to further hone my business acumen and bridge the gap between technical operations and strategic management. In my previous role, I led high-stakes shipyard delivery projects and implemented sustainable practices and digital transformation initiatives, including the installation of VAF systems to enhance ship performance and reduce emissions. I am skilled at leading cross-functional teams, negotiating with vendors, and developing structured Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). My passion for knowledge-sharing led me to build one of the world's leading digital platforms for the seafaring community. I grew an Instagram community to over 220K+ followers and a YouTube channel to more than 43K+ subscribers with over 11M+ views. Through this platform, I have mentored hundreds of aspiring seafarers globally and partnered with over 25+ brands to drive engagement and product visibility. This unique blend of engineering excellence, operational leadership, and entrepreneurial drive is what I bring to every challenge.
