I led the transition from a monolith to business-scoped modules and engineered a custom lightweight JSON template engine. By designing a decoupled orchestration framework, we enabled partial/progressive page loading, reducing perceived rendering time by up to 99% and cutting deployment cycles from 2 hours to 20 minutes.Data Lifecycle & Infrastructure Optimization: Solved a critical scaling bottleneck by designing an Airflow-based archival pipeline for 9TB+ of transactional data. This zero-downtime migration prevented production outages as we approached storage ceilings, while simultaneously delivering ~$73K in annual infrastructure savings.Global Compliance Architecture: Led the end-to-end design of the Account Deletion pipeline for the post-sales domain to meet Apple’s global mandates.
