I have a total experience of 7+ years in the servicing industry,I started off my career working​ as an inbound Dispatch service for Comcast cable Third party Technicians at Onprocess Technologies based out of Kolkata where I worked for over a year post which I moved to Bangalore and joined Infosys BPM for BT(British Telecom) process, during my 2 years stint with the company I worked across multiple LOBs including Billing and Tech support, Finally moved on to America Express as a Senior Executive for Consumer Cards, I deal with Customers on a daily basis and It's my duty to ensure that our customers receive the best of our services. After all these years of experience I would say that I am a very fast learner and I adapt with any environment, I am a team player and have always had very good professional relationships with my colleagues. I strive to become better than what I am and I never shy away from a given opportunity.
