have over 11 years of experience in Quality Control within the automotive industry, encompassing Quality Assurance and Customer Quality.I am proficient in QMS and automotive QMS core tools such as APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP.I possess strong knowledge and skills in managing in-process quality functions, plant activities, customer and field quality issue management, and Quality Assurance activities.I prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports and other data as required by management, functional heads, and customers, leading daily PFM from Quality to analyze and understand functional issues.I continuously challenge myself to push functional boundaries to discover innovative solutions in automotive industry processes and upgrade my skills for future industry advancements.I am responsible for all series projects from process initiation to field return parts analysis, action plans, process quality issues, 0 KM issues, and field issues.I provide quick responses to internal and external customer issues, manage quality issue analysis, and conduct periodic reviews with customers to resolve issues within defined time frames.I monitor effectiveness, initiate ICA until PCA, and plan workshops with CFT to identify potential causes and validate them for direct division relevance, considering all contributing factors.I ensure timely completion of first part inspections and destructive tests as per plan.I ensure shop floor system adherence to all defined systems and processes, including first part inspection by operators and quality inspectors, work-in-process parts traceability, poka-yoke verification, and sample validation as per plan.I conduct process and product audits as per VDA standard, LPA, and product re-qualification as per plan, ensuring 100% compliance on time.I follow up on open action items from all audits and ensure their closure by the respective function or individuals.
