With over 25 years of global experience across industries, I am a seasoned Director at Nagarro, a leading digital engineering and technology solutions company. My charter is to develop and implement comprehensive growth strategy globally. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion. As a consultative sales person, a partnership enabler, and a customer success driver, I have a proven track record of expanding engagement scope and scale, penetrating into new portfolios, exposing client leadership teams to the larger organizational capabilities of Nagarro via targeted workshops, and creating the overall account strategy to ensure customer delight. Some of the highlights of my career include preparing a comprehensive Go To Market Strategy, cracking new accounts across the globe, handling large teams (more than 100 team members), heading the development of the first of its kind caller ring back value added service for the biggest Telco in India, and establishing a revenue share model for a value-added service, first of its kind since 2007 and still ongoing.
