About Sumitra Lagoo
Having completed a degree in International Development with a minor in English in 2001, I entered law school with an eye on policy work. A 2004 articling position at The Morris Law Group, however, sparked an interest in personal injury law. Aside from the fact that I was working at one of the leading personal injury law firms in Canada, I found the experience of helping others so rewarding that I returned as an associate following my call to the bar in 2005. I am a strong communicator, skillful both verbally and in my written advocacy on behalf of clients. I am a big picture thinker who takes the time to fully understand issues and adeptly move matters forward to resolution.
