At Marsh McLennan Japan, I lead integrated marketing and communications for Marsh and Mercer, advancing B2B marketing strategy, digital innovation, and thought leadership across the group. I’m passionate about transforming marketing into a business growth engine by combining creativity, analytics, and collaboration to deliver measurable impact. Previously at Cathay Pacific Airways, I built a strong foundation in digital marketing, brand communications, and customer engagement by leading advertising campaigns that deepened brand affinity and accelerated revenue growth. From 2013 to April 2018, I worked as a digital sales manager, responsible for driving revenue through the website. This included search engine marketing, programmatic display advertising and content marketing. During this time, I also served as President of Cathay Pacific Holidays for two years (2013-2015), contributing its growth by transforming the company culture. Fluent in Japanese and English, I thrive in cross-cultural environments where purpose, performance, and people align to create meaningful, lasting results. As a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach, I have conducted several group workshops at Mercer, including one with a diverse team from about 10 countries. My personal passions are traveling and gardening in nature - both inspire me, teach me balance, and renew my energy.
