Eighteen years’ professional experience with administrative and clerical duties, currently with the federal government. Expert in the Communication Model - exceptional ability to extract details and critical information from all forms of active conversation. Detail oriented and highly organized. Utilizes systems both personally and professionally. Extensive knowledge of the principles and processes for providing excellent customer service. Comprehensive insight and discernment regarding interpersonal relationships. Hard-working and industrious with a superior work ethic. Self-motivated and confident in making independent decisions. For 24 years, I’ve consistently identified as an ISTJ “Logistician” on the Meyers-Briggs. We are a stereotype for the classic, hard-working, dutiful employee; we love responsibility and thrive in the trust that is placed in us to finish a task. I enjoy being around people; “recharging my batteries alone” is the only identifying characteristic of an introvert that I have. I have a solid EQ with comprehensive interpersonal skills, and a passionate interest in the importance of active listening, oral expression, and social perceptiveness. I’ve come to appreciate that everyone I come into contact with hears/speaks/sees through a filter/lens of their own experiences.
